About Tech Innovation Systems
Tech Innovation System is a 100% black owned private company, trading as BAGVIN
college under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET)
in terms of the Continuing Education and Training Act, Act No.16 of 2006, as amended.
Our development centre consists of a diverse team of lectures, consultants, facilitators,
and assessors who work together to improve team performance by developing the
skills of youth and employees.
